We are delighted to announce that our flagship store in Covent Garden has achieved UKAS accreditation for its COVID-19 testing services.
The United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) is the sole National Accreditation Body for the UK and, since the beginning of the pandemic, has been working with the UK government to provide quality assurance and accreditation of laboratories performing COVID-19 testing. Following a comprehensive audit by UKAS, DnaNudge Covent Garden was confirmed as an accredited, out-of-laboratory point-of-care testing provider, meeting the international standard ISO 15189:2012 – Medical Laboratories – Requirements for quality and competence.
DnaNudge is already listed as an approved private testing provider by the Department of Health and Social Care, and DnaNudge’s 90-minute, gold-standard RT-PCR test is currently in use in NHS hospitals and healthcare settings around the world.
