Safety Information
Important
Please do not charge your Capsule if the ambient temperature exceeds 35°C or is below 0°C.
Please do not use your DnaBand if the ambient temperature exceeds 50°C or is below 0°C.
Please do not use either the Charger or your DnaBand at altitudes above 10,000 metres.
Your DnaBand is waterproof for a period of 30 minutes at a depth of up to 1 metre (IPX7 rating). To avoid potential oxidation, please occasionally clean and dry the pogo pin contacts, particularly after being immersed in liquid.
Please do not attempt to use the Charger to charge any other device. The Charger is designed to charge your Capsule only.
The Lithium-Polymer Battery in the Capsule is non-replaceable. Please do not attempt to replace it.
Skin Sensitivities
Some people may experience reactions to certain materials used in wearable items that are in prolonged contact with their skin. You may be more likely to experience irritation from any wearable device if you have allergies or other sensitivities.
The metallic parts of your DnaBand, and your Capsule if it is of the metal type, contain some nickel. Customers with known nickel allergies should be attentive when wearing the DnaBand and metal Capsule, until they can determine they are not experiencing an allergic reaction.
The rate of nickel release is within the guidelines set out in EU Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH). Nevertheless, prolonged contact with your skin may contribute to skin irritation or allergies in some users. To help reduce irritation, DnaNudge advises that you keep your product clean, keep it dry, don’t wear it too tight, and to give your wrist a rest by removing the band for an hour after extended wear.
If you feel soreness, tingling, numbness, burning or stiffness in your hands or wrists while or after wearing the products, please immediately discontinue use and consult your GP before resuming wear.
